Restored Relationship With My Father

I had not spoken to my father for 15 years after he abandoned our family. I carried deep anger and unforgiveness. Through the teaching series on forgiveness at HGC, God dealt with my heart. I decided to reach out to my father. It was the hardest call I ever made. But God was in it. My father broke down and apologized. We have now been reconciled and he even started coming to church. Forgiveness is not easy but it is the key to freedom.
