About This Department

The Healthcare Department brings together medical professionals united by faith and compassion. From first aid to emergency response, we ensure every person at Harvesters Global Church has access to competent, caring medical support whenever needed.

Our Mission

To provide professional, compassionate medical care and emergency response during all church activities, combining medical excellence with the healing power of faith and prayer.

Our Vision

To build a comprehensive church health ministry that combines medical excellence with spiritual care, ensuring no member suffers in silence and every health need is met with compassion and competence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional first aid and medical services
Respond to medical emergencies with speed and competence
Maintain and stock medical supplies and equipment
Conduct health education and awareness campaigns
Coordinate with ambulance and emergency services
Support health-related outreach and ministry programs

Requirements

Medical background: nurses, doctors, paramedics, first responders
Valid and current medical certifications and licenses
Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergencies
Compassionate patient care with prayerful approach
Available for services, events, and on-call rotation
