The Production Department is the master conductor behind every service and event at Harvesters Global Church. We weave together lighting, staging, timing, and technical elements into seamless worship experiences that glorify God and captivate hearts.

To coordinate and execute world-class production standards across all services and events, ensuring every worship experience flows seamlessly and powerfully impacts every attendee.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all production elements for services and events
Manage stage setup, transitions, and scenic design
Create detailed run sheets, cue lists, and schedules
Direct and synchronize multiple technical teams
Ensure smooth, distraction-free service flow
Plan and execute special event and conference productions

Requirements

Production, event management, or technical experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Natural leadership abilities and decisiveness
Calm, composed demeanor under high-pressure situations
Excellent communication across diverse teams
