Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all production elements for services and events
Manage stage setup, transitions, and scenic design
Create detailed run sheets, cue lists, and schedules
Direct and synchronize multiple technical teams
Ensure smooth, distraction-free service flow
Plan and execute special event and conference productions
Requirements
Production, event management, or technical experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Natural leadership abilities and decisiveness
