Key Responsibilities

Operate professional cameras during services and events
Direct multi-camera video switching in real-time
Produce creative video content for church communications
Edit and post-process video recordings for distribution
Manage video archives and content library
Create promotional, testimony, and documentary videos

Requirements

Video production experience or strong desire to learn
Creative eye for composition and visual storytelling
Technical aptitude for camera and editing equipment
Attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
