Key Responsibilities

Operate and program the digital audio mixing console
Set up, position, and manage wireless microphone systems
Engineer quality sound for congregational worship
Record sermons and services for archives and distribution
Maintain and calibrate all audio equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve sound issues in real-time

Requirements

Technical audio knowledge or willingness to learn
Keen ear for sound quality and detail
Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
