The Ushering Department serves as the first point of contact for all guests and members. We are the warm embrace that greets every soul walking through our doors, setting the tone for a transformative worship experience.

To create an atmosphere of genuine warmth and order, ensuring every person who enters Harvesters Global Church feels valued, welcomed, and ready to encounter God.

To be a world-class ushering team that sets the standard for hospitality in the body of Christ, ensuring every person who enters our doors encounters the love of God through warm, organized, and Spirit-led service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all guests and members with genuine warmth

Guide seating arrangements for optimal worship experience

Distribute bulletins, service materials, and communion elements

Facilitate offering and tithe collection with integrity

Maintain orderliness and flow during services

Assist with crowd management during high-attendance events

Requirements

Friendly, approachable demeanor with a servant's heart

Punctuality and reliability for all assigned services

Professional and modest appearance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Available for Sunday services (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
