Key Responsibilities

Receive and escort VIP guests and visiting dignitaries
Coordinate all pastoral movements and transitions
Manage official ceremonies with precision and dignity
Ensure proper etiquette and protocol at all events
Liaise with visiting ministers, dignitaries, and officials
Organize and execute formal church functions and banquets

Requirements

Professional demeanor and executive presence
Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol
Excellent personal presentation and grooming
Utmost discretion and confidentiality
Available for special events, conferences, and Sundays
